Vibrodamping materials

Vibration-insulating materials. Mounted as the first layer on the car body. Reduce structural noise and protect metal from corrosion. Do not require heating during installation and do not lose their effectiveness over time! Manufactured without harmful substances and recycled materials!

Standard line Master

The Vibrex Master vibration isolation series is made exclusively from virgin rubber without adding bitumen, tar, or recycled products (no need to heat, does not dry out over time, no unpleasant odor), our vibration isolation most effectively reduces structural noise of the car body and plastic parts. Sound insulation materials

Soundproofing materials. They are mounted as a second layer over the vibrodamper. They act as noise and heat insulation. They do not absorb moisture, so they are used on any parts of the body. They have an adhesive base, which makes installation easier.

Vibrex VK 6, VK 10

It is a heat-insulating and noise-insulating material based on foam rubber, which perfectly reflects mid- and high-frequency sound waves! It is environmentally safe, has high thermal insulation properties, and thanks to the one-sided adhesive layer, it has a high degree of adhesion to the surface being treated. Elastic, making it convenient to glue all sorts of irregularities in the car. Thickness: 6 mm and 10 mm. Dimensions: 500*700 mm.

Comfort Wave 15/35mm

Polyurethane foam material (foam rubber) with a special formula that provides excellent sound absorption. Thanks to the open-cell microporous structure in combination with latex impregnation, this material has a sound absorption coefficient of up to 90%. We recommend using in places inaccessible to moisture. Thickness: 15 mm and 35 mm. Dimensions: 500*700 mm.

Comfort 15mm latex

Car Sound Shock is effectively used to improve the sound of speakers or inside the bass housing as a diffuser, to soundproof doors, roofs, engine shields. The wave shape on the surface absorbs 30-40% more sound than a simple, flat material. Thanks to the high adhesion adhesive base, no heating is required! Used both in summer and winter! Thanks to the latex coating on the surface of the material - it copes with noise absorption even more effectively. We recommend using it in places inaccessible to moisture! Thickness: 15 mm. Multilayer materials (sandwiches) – a novelty in the soundproofing materials industry! They have the greatest efficiency of all materials! Due to the set of different layers – they facilitate and speed up installation on the car body.

Multilayer 4 in 1

A highly efficient multilayer material that combines vibration-acoustic and heat-reflecting properties. This material consists of a sound-absorbing membrane based on foam rubber and a dense butyl rubber layer on both sides. On the outside, the material is protected by non-woven fabric. Recommended for application as a second layer over vibration insulation in the noisiest areas of the car - engine compartment shield, interior door surfaces, car floor. Material thickness: 6mm. Sandwich 3 in 1

An effective sound and heat insulating material consisting of three layers - foam rubber, aluminum foil, and a layer of non-curing butyl sealant. This material has improved sound absorption properties compared to standard Vibrex VK material. The adhesive polymer layer is highly resistant to moisture, which allows this material to be used on the inner lining of doors, the inside of protective fender liners, and on the floor of a car. It is glued with a second layer on top of vibration insulation, which provides maximum sound and heat insulation effect. Material thickness: 7mm. Size: 500*700 mm. Sound absorption: -24DB

Roller 55/155 mm

Designed for installation of vibration and noise insulation. Made of high quality steel with notches on the working surface for more comfortable work. The wooden handle significantly reduces the load on the wrist joint during operation and prevents the roller from slipping. Size: 22 cm and 30 cm.

Anti-creak

Synthetic material in the form of a tape with an adhesive layer. Used for sealing at the junction of plastic parts to the car body and to each other. Designed to eliminate light rattling and creaking in the car interior. Size: 25mm x 6m.

Tools

A set of tools for removing clips, interior plastic, seals, trim. Intended for household use. When dismantling, it does not scratch the interior trim, is easy to use, and does not require special skills. The set includes 4 items.
